The Fishguard Bay Hotel has a wide variety of conference rooms available - our largest being the Wyncliffe suite, which can hold a maximum of 275 persons. We also have our more personal executive room, which can seat 10 persons.
Whatever your requirements we have the knowledge and experience to host your conference, training session, product launch or convention in a welcoming and comfortable environment. We can advise and assist you with your facilities and hospitality planning, leaving you to focus on delivering a successful presentation.
Rooms can be arranged in a choice of styles to suit your particular requirements; we offer refreshment packages to suit all, from finger buffets to four course dining. Whatever the occasion you can be assured of our best attention to ensure your conference requirements are handled professionally at all times.

Weddings / Functions.
The Fishguard Bay Hotel offers a unique location for your wedding, being set in several acres of woodland with spectacular views across Fishguard bay to the front. The Wyncliffe Suite holds up to a maximum of 275 guests, and can be divided into three sections for smaller weddings. Our experienced team are available to guide you through all aspects of your arrangements.
We have a wide selection of menus to choose from, which can be adapted to suit your personal requirements by arrangement.
We do not make any additional charge for hire of the reception room, and offer special accommodation rates to wedding and function guests. Complimentary overnight accommodation is offered to the Bride and Groom where a full sit-down menu for over 75 guests is chosen.
We are also licensed for Civil Weddings, and take pride and pleasure in assisting you from the outset of your wedding planning to make your day every bit as special as you would expect.
